If you plan to enroll your child at Youngset, please complete the form below to register your child on the official waiting list.  Confirmation will be sent within 2-3 weeks via E-mail, unless otherwise requested.  No money is necessary to be placed on the waiting list. If you move, please let us know your new address and phone number so we may contact you when necessary. Membership in Youngset Cooperative Preschool is available without regard to race, color, creed, sex, or national origin.
